LONGVIEW — Graveside service for Robert Glenn Ritchie (Bobby) will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Como Cemetery. A visitation will be held before the service from 1:00-2:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home in Sulphur Springs, TX.
Bobby was born on January 29, 1946 and passed away on June 7, 2019.
A lifelong resident of Hopkins County, he worked for AK Gillis for 30 years. Bobby had a smile that could light up a room and was loved for his sense of humor and willingness to give 100% towards anything asked of him. He made it obvious that he loved his family more than life itself. His absence will be missed by all who have known him.
Bobby is survived by his wife of 24 years, Peggy Jo, of Liberty City, Texas; daughter, Robin Stevens and husband, Jeff, of Sulphur Springs, Texas; daughter, Mary McCubbin, of Vilonia, Arkansas; son, Daniel and wife, Misty, of Longview, Texas. In addition, he leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Other surviving family members including the following: brother, Richard Craft and wife, Vida, of Ore City, Texas; sister, Louise Hill of Tyler, Texas; sister, Doris Young of Lubbock, Texas; sister, Peggy Joyce Winkle of Lake Tawakoni, Texas, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Letha Barnes and Hump Ritchie of Como, Texas; sister, Wanda Ritchie, of Sulphur Springs, Texas; brother, David Ritchie of Como, Texas; brother, Jerry Craft of Lubbock, Texas; and, brother, Teddy Craft, of Lubbock.

Funeral services for David Ritchie, age 59, of Sulphur Springs, are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel with Tommy Johnson officiating.
Interment will follow at Como Cemetery, with Mike Williams, Mike Crain, David Gulley, Archie Worsham, Jerry Lancaster, Eddie Patrick, Dempsey Biles, and Doug Biles serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Knighten, Donny Lewis, and Bobby Huie.
Military graveside services will follow in the Como Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 14, 2009, at the funeral home.
Mr. Ritchie passed way on Friday afternoon, December 11, 2009, at Mother Frances Hospital, in Tyler. He was born in Sulphur Springs, on April 1950, the son of Herman Ritchie and Letha Ritchie in Sulphur Springs. He married Diane Gayoso in Sulphur Springs, December 18, 1993. Mr. Ritchie as a truck driver and he was of Baptist Faith. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Other survivers include; three daughters, Tammy Horn of Mount Pleasant, Sondra Cornaud of Rockwall and Jamie Potts and husband, Joey of Sulphur Springs; two sons, Jason Ritchie of Addison and Chris Magnuson of Cooper.
Note: Christopher Magnuson, born 9 AUG 1971, was Diane Gayoso's son with Anthony Magnuson.

Funeral services for Mrs. Leta B. Andrew were held on Friday, May 31, at 2 p.m. from the Wolfe Funeral Home with the Rev. George S. Snyder officiating. The organist, Mrs. Frances Gray presented the organ selection, "Ivory Palaces." Flower bearers were Mrs. Edna Richie and Mrs. Dorothy McCullough. Casket bearers were Harold Hart, Lloyd McCullough, Manley Madden Jr., Howard Cooney, Murl Rhamy, and Ralph Peterson. Interment was in the Villisca, Cemetery.
Leta Belle Shank, daughter of Martin and Annie Loman Shank, was born March 25, 1883 in Parker, South Dakota and passed away at the Gillespie Nursing Home in Clartinda, Iowa, May 28, 1968, at the age of 85. She had been in poor health for a number of years and had resided at the nursing home for the past 6 months.
She graduated from the Lennox South Dakota High School. On December 25, 1905, she was united in marriage with Edgar J. Andrew. For many years they resided on their farm five miles southeast of Villisca where she lived until her last illness.
Mrs. Andrew was a member of the Villisca Chapter of the Eastern Star and of the Villisca United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Andrew on September 16 1967; by two sons, Neal in 1932, and Dwight in 1964; and by two sisters and one brother. Mrs. Andrew is survived by one son, Maynard Andrew, Villisca; one grandson, Thomas E. Andrew, Enid, Oklahoma; one granddaughter, Mrs. Patricia With (s/b Witte), Burlington, Iowa; and four great grandchildren; besides other relatives and many friends.
