Mrs. Oscar Herf, a cousin of the bride, was her only attendant, wearing a gown of white chiffon and carrying white flowers. The ceremony was followed by a dinner, after which Mr. and Mrs. Normand-Smith left for Ann Arbor, Mich., where they will be the guests of Prof. Albert Lockwood of the University of Michigan, an uncle of the bride. They will then go to New York, whence they will sail for Europe to spend the summer in travel.

McMinnville resident and Detroit, Mich., native June Elizabeth Papineau Curlee, 80, died Feb. 12 at her home after an extended illness.

A homemaker and a member of St. Catherine's Catholic Church, she was the daughter of the late William and Grace Papineau Cutsinger; and was preceded in death by her husband, Shelby (Toby) Curlee; and son, Jimmy Curlee.

She is survived by sons, Garry Curlee and John Curlee, both of McMinnville and Toby Curlee of Edgewater, Fla.; daughters, Susan Fry of Lincoln Park, Mich., Patt Rains of Woodbury and Rebecca Walls of Woodbury; 21 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Woodbury Funeral Home Chapel with Father Barry Griffin and Father Jim Bretl officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. today at Woodbury Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Short Mountain Bible Camp Scholarship Fund and Disabled American Vets.

Services for Shelby Duncan Curlee, 73, Woodbury, who died Tuesday, Sept. 19 at Woodbury Nursing Center after an extended illness, are set for 10 a.m. Friday at Woodbury Funeral Home Chapel with burial in in Riverside Cemetery. The Rev. Joe Lubrano will officiate.
