Funeral services for Mrs. Mitzi (Windle) Rupe, 47, of Cookeville and formerly of Livingston, were conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, 2006, at Livingston First Christian Church in Livingston with Rev. Dee Ledford, Dr. David Moore, and Dr. Lyle Anderson officiating.
Burial was in Bethsaida Cemetery.
Mrs. Rupe died Monday, Feb. 13 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was a registered nurse, a nurse's anesthetist, an active member of First Christian Church, and a member of AANA. She was a 1976 graduate of Livingston Academy and attended UT-Knoxville, UT-Chattanooga, and Wake Forrest University in Winston-Salem, NC.
Born April 17, 1958, in Putnam County, she was the daughter of Perry H. and Onita (McDonald) Windle of Livingston.
Survivors, in addition to her parents, include her husband, Larry Rupe of Cookeville; a step-son, David Rupe of Livingston; a step-daughter, Deborah Rupe of Erie, PA; 2 brothers, Chip Windle of Knoxville and State Representative John Mark Windle of Livingston; a nephew, Bradley White; and a niece, Stephanie Windle.
Pallbearers were Arnold Agbunag, Larry Epps, Matthew Faier, James Moore, Mark Thomanson, Charles Hanson, Mike Donohue, Allen Davenport, Robert Landrey, Rod Lovell, Steven Sisko, George Starkweather, and Blake Butler.
Serving as honorary pallbearers were Pam Officer, Joyce Floyd, Laurie Sewell, Brenda Cook, Mary Jo Ramsey, Margaret Gibb, Marcia West, Paulette Scott, Dee Ledford, Diann Evans, Rita Apple, and Betty Ledbetter.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Overton County Library Building Fund or to the First Christian Church Fill the Cup Fund by contacting Speck Funeral Home.

Alma Donald
Alma “Jean” Donald, 81, a longtime resident of Flagstaff, died April 10, 2008, at her residence in Eagar. She was born June 8, 1926, in Wichita, Kan.
Mrs. Donald retired in 1984 as a department head for Safeway. She was a mother and grandmother in the truest sense of the word; she was always there.
Mrs. Donald is survived by sons Michael Donald and Delmer Donald, daughter Sharon Willingham; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Donald.
A memorial service will be May 3, at 11 a.m., at Burnham Mortuary in Eagar, 536 North Main. Interment will follow in the Eagar Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the sender’s favorite charity.
Burnham Mortuary, Eagar, handled the arrangements.

Wallace Donald
Wallace E. Donald, 78, died Tuesday, July 31, 2001, of natural causes at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Mont.
Mr. Donald was born Aug. 11, 1922, in Wichita, Kan., the son of Clarence and Mary Donald.
After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1940 and received his honorable discharge in January, 1947. He married Jean Templeman on Jan. 15, 1946, in San Francisco. He moved to Flagstaff in 1957 where he lived until his retirement in 1983. He was a master mill mechanic unitl his retirement. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Mr. Donald is survived by his wife, Jean Donald; sons Michael and Delmer Donald; daughter Sharron Willingham; and three grandchildren.
Services took place Aug. 2 at Garden City Funeral Home in Missoula, with the Rev. Henry Littlehales officiating.
The family suggests memorials in Mr. Donald’s name to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 3914, Missoula, MT 59806, or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
