She was buried in July 1927 in Greenwood Cemetery, Newton, Harvey Co., KS, Findagrave #40704236.
Caroline Rodgers lived on 16 July 1850 in Sidney, Shelby Co., OH. She lived on 7 June 1880 in Newton Twp., Harvey Co., KS.2 More facts and events: I have (somewhat arbitrarily) assigned Caroline as a daughter of Richard Rodgers from a (theoretical) first marriage prior to his 1841 marriage to Mary Ann Long. Richard was about 26 years of age when Caroline was born -- plenty of time to have had a first marriage with at least one child. Andrew and Elizabeth Rodgers, with whom she was living as of the 1850 census, were surely her grandparents, and Richard was known to be as near to Sidney as Butler County, Ohio as of 1841, so this appears to be a reasonable supposition unless/until better information becomes available.
