Harold K. "Dearie" SEMLER, 63, of 116 West Main Street, Medway, died at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday at his residence. He had been in ill health for several years and seriously ill for one year. He was born in Springbrook, N.D., on September 18, 1912, a son of Charles Michael and Ella Marie WARWICK SEMLER. He was a retired employe of the Southwestern Portland Cement Co. Mr. SEMLER was a Navy veteran of World War II, a member and past commander of VFW Post 9684. Survivors include his wife, Loretta; four brothers, Carl and Paul of Medway, Gene of Hollendale, Florida, and Larry of Fairborn; and one sister, Mrs. Harold (DeLena) BUFFENBARGER, Niceville, Florida. Services will be conducted b the Rev. Howard Hahn Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Trostel Chapman Funeral Home in New Carlisle. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Medway Cemetery.
