SMITH, Homer D., age 68, of 607 Deeds Ave., passed away at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Miami Valley hospital after a short illness. He was a retired employee of the City of Dayton.

Surviving are his wife, Margaret E.: son, Lester; 2 daughters, Mariam and Genny; 1 sister, Olive, several grandchildren.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday from the Charles W. Moore Funeral Home, 2206 E. Third St. Rev. Keith L. Hume officiating. Burial Arlington Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday.



He was buried in December 1972 in Parish Cemetery, Arlington, Montgomery Co., OH, Findagrave #29620500.

("Carrie") Hawke, on 12 December 1917 in Clark Co., OH; no children. After Theresa's death, John remarried in 1943 to Agnes LeClair, daughter of Edmond and Georgiana (Prieur) LeClair.1 John Anthony Rodman died on 10 September 1951 in Allen Park, Wayne Co., MI.
