Vinnie Elnora Medlock, oldest daughter of Elijah and Amanda Medlock was born March 15, 1874 and died August 26, 1925 aged 51 years, 5 months and 11 days.

She was married to Milburn Dawalt August 16, 1899 and is survived by husband, two children, Mrs. Helen Neely of Salem, Ind., John Lawrence at home, one grandson, Robert Neely, also her father, mother, one sister Mrs. Vira Retherford near Harristown, five brothers, Willard, John and Charles of Goodland, Ind., Clarence of Pittsburg, Pa.; Raymond of Clinton, Ind., and other relatives.

She joined the United Brethren church at Harristown June 1896 and was an active worker in the Sunday and Christian Endeavor work at one time here.

She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, a kind neighbor. Her happy disposition, her devotion to home and friends will be greatly missed by all.
