Claude S. Livingston, 75, of Perry died Monday at Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church in Perry, with burial at Pineview Memorial Gardens in Perry. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home in Perry (904-584-4149). Memorial contributions may be made to the Claude Livingston Memorial Fund, First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 487, Perry, FL 32347.
A native of Long Island, N.Y., and resident of Perry since 1954, he was a retired manager in the accounting department of Proctor & Gamble Cellulose Corp. in Perry. He was a member of the Perry Golf & Country Club and First United Methodist Church in Perry. He was also a member of American Legion Post No. 290 in Perry, the 95th Bomb-Group H association and the Caterpillar Club. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II and an Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
He is survivied by his wife, Jean M. Livingston of Perry; two daughters, Claudia L. Green of Jackson, Ala., and Anne L. Hendry of Perry, a brother, Robert B. Livingston of New York City; and three grandchildren.
He was buried in November 1992 in Pineview Memorial Gardens, Perry, Taylor Co., FL, Findagrave #156466790.
