LEE - Mrs. Osse F. LePrevost, 72, wife of Corwin J. LePrevost, owner of Con's Motor Sales here, died suddenly at her Laurel Street home last night. Mrs. LePrevost was born in Tyringham on March 3, 1875, the daughter of Nathan and Florence Northrup Canon and had lived here for 35 years. She was a member of the Lee Grange and the Lee Congregational Church. Mr. and Mrs. LePrevost had celebrated their golden wedding anniversary on November 22.

Mrs. LePrevost leaves, besides her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Pearl Ranson and Mrs. J. Howard Stevenson, both of this town; two sons, Roy G. and Henry N., both of Lee; seven grandchildren; a brother, Clifford R. Canon of Tyringham; and several nieces and nephews.

The body rests at the Kelly Funeral Home where friends may call tonight and tomorrow evening from 7 to 9 and tomorrow afternoon from 2 to 5.

The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 2 at the Lee Congregational Church with the Rev. Frank E. Ratzell, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery.

Funeral of Mrs. LePrevost

Funeral services for Mrs. Corwin J. LePrevost were held on Monday at the Congregational Church. The Rev. Frank E. Ratzell, pastor, officiated.

Representatives of the Lee Grange, Berkshire Automotive Association and the Pittsfield office of the Red Cross were present. Burial was in Fairmount Cemetery.

The bearers were Northrup Canon of Tyringham and Garfield Canon of Lee, both nephews of the deceased, and William Darbe, Maurice I. Lerner, Rene Trauen and R. Floyd Weir, all of Lee.

She was buried in April 1950 in Fairmount Cemetery, Lee, Berkshire Co., MA, Findagrave #166138090.
