She used the Sniffen surname, and one would suspect that there likely was a marriage, but it was clearly over by January 1920 when her marital status was recorded as "D" and her children were boarding with an apparently unrelated family. In June 1900, Emily Foyle was living at Omaha with their three children, and Emily gave her marital status as "Wd". Emilie remarried to Stanley C. Blair on 29 MAY 1909, Pottawattamie County, Iowa. DLB 2021. She died on 17 August 1934. She was buried in August 1934 in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Omaha, Douglas Co., NE, Findagrave #12354425.
