BENTONVILLE — Sammy Lee Williams, 64, of Bentonville, died Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011, at his home. He was born Jan. 19, 1947, in Rogers, to the late Glenola and Charles Williams.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Phyllis Williams.
He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Marie Williams; daughter, Jodi L. Cunningham and her husband, James, of Missouri; three stepchildren, James Pendergrass, Charles Pendergrass and Jerri Lynne Pendergrass; one brother, Charles S. Williams and his wife, Linda; and one sister, Betty Weston. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Porsha Paul, Mercedes Cunningham and Tator Cunningham; and one great-grandson, Bently Paul.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, 2011, at Pratt Cemetery.
