Celeste was the daughter of Elvis and Lucile Kinney and sister of Melody, Dan, Jerry and Bill.
She graduated in 1957 from Logan High School in Logan, Kansas and from Hays State University in 1962, and a graduate of the Realtors Institute. She was named most note worthy Realtor by Marquis Who's Who.
She married Larry Gene December 28, 1958 in Phillipsburg, Kansas, where she was working as high school English teacher and in Hampton, Nebraska, and as a librian in Lacrosse, Kansas. She finished her career as a Realtor/Broker with Bob Finch and Associates of Hays, Kansas.
Survived by her children, Todd Munsinger and Renee Williamson.
She was buried in April 2020 in Fairview Cemetery, Phillipsburg, Phillips Co., KS, Findagrave #209448533.
