Mr. Clippinger died Dec. 31, 1992, at his home. He was born Jan. 18, 1974, in Newark, to Hugh J. Clippinger Jr., and Carma J. (Gemienhardt) Dunlap of Newark.
He was a 1992 graduate of Newark High School.
