Coye Arnold
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Corcoran District Cemetery for Coye Arnold, 48, who died Friday in Three Rivers, the victim of a homicide.
Mr. Arnold was born in Kiowa, Okla., and had lived in Three Rivers for the past three years. Prior to that he lived in Corcoran for most of his life. He was employed as a chef.
Mr. Arnold was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his mother, Bertha May Arnold of Pond; two brothers, Jerry W. Arnold of Corcoran and Leon Arnold of Hanford, and two sisters, Oleta F Prater of Pond and Loyce E. Jones of Barstow.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at People’s Funeral Chapel in Corcoran.
He was buried in March 1993 in Corcoran Memorial Park, Corcoran, Kings Co., CA, Findagrave #5400824.
Cause of death: Homicide.

Elores Faye Arnold, 68, of Hanford passed away Monday, Jan. 31, 2005.
She was born in Tulare and was a longtime resident of the Corcoran-Hanford area. She was a homemaker.
Elores was preceded in death by her parents, Orval Sidney Talllon and Alberta Faye Ward-Tallon; a sister, Donna Lovone Tallon; and a brother, Orval Leroy Tallon.
Survivors include her husband, Leon Arnold of Hanford; three sons, Craig Allen Arnold of Corcoran, Dirk Lee Arnold of Laguna Niguel and Robert William Arnold VanLiew of Washington; a daughter, Donna Lonnell Feehan of Hanford; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. today at First Missionary Baptist Church, 1315 Patterson Ave., Corcoran, with burial at Corcoran Cemetery. Arrangements are by Bledsoe Family Peoples Funeral Chapel in Corcoran.

Services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in United Pentecostal Church in Corcoran for Bobby Lee Preston, 10, of 1800 Orange Ave., who was killed Sunday in an auto accident near Tulare.
Bobby was a student at Fremont School. A native of Corcoran, he had lived in that city all his life.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Loyle “Charlie” Preston, a brother Ricky and a sister, Debra; grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Jewell Arnold, and Mrs. Clara Preston, all of Corcoran, and I. N. Preston of Greenville, Tex.
The Rev. William Clayton will officiate. Interment will follow in Corcoran Cemetery under the direction of the Bledsoe Funeral Service.
