Dorothy A. Lantz, 91, 821 North Bragg St. Lookout Mountain, TN formerly of Warren, died Monday Feb.2, 2009. She was born Sept.26, 1917 in Columbus, OH the daughter of Claude E. and Aileen (Gilbert) Stelzer.

She was office manager for her husband Dr. Harry Lantz in Warren for 25 years.

Dorothy was a member of St. James Church when she lived in Warren and Our Lady of the Mount Catholic Church in Lookout Mountain, GA.

She enjoyed reading and was a member of the Lookout Mountain Book Club. She also was an avid football fan-especially of the Ohio State Buckeyes but her greatest joy came from her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Harry J. Lantz whom she married Feb.3, 1944, 2 sisters Kathryn and Pauline and 2 brothers Robert and Jack.

Survivors include a son Dr. Joseph Lantz and wife Lynn with whom she made her home, 4 daughters Nanci Lantz of Cincinnati, OH, Carol Lantz of Beverly Hills, MI, Kathryn Lantz and husband Garret Hamm of Chesterton, IN, and Joan Ratajac and husband Alex of San Diego, CA. She also leaves 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a sister Marian Gompel of Ft. Myers Beach, FL, a brother Thomas Stelzer and wife Norma of Columbus, OH, 2 nieces and 1 nephew.

Rev. Charles Crumbley will celebrate a mass of Christian burial 10:00 AM Saturday Feb. 7, 2009 at St. James Church of Warren. Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, material contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity in her name.

Roberts-Clark Chapel was entrusted with the arrangements.

She was buried in February 2009 in All Souls Cemetery, Courtland, Trumbull Co., OH.

Eugene Black Perry was born on 19 January 1903 in Las Vegas, San Miguel Co., NM, WW II draft registration.¹ He married Marguerite Audrey Lantz, daughter of L. Z. Lantz and Ada Stohn, on 28 September 1929 in Oak Harbor, Ottawa Co., OH. Eugene Black Perry and Marguerite Audrey Lantz were divorced before July 1939. He married Frances Lucille Oser, daughter of John E. Oser and Laura M. Aker, on 28 June 1941 in Indiana. Eugene Black Perry died on 26 August 1964.

He was buried in August 1964 in Lindenwood Cemetery, Ft. Wayne, Allen Co., IN, Findagrave #85207121.

Dr. Clarence Larimore Perry began military service on 9 August 1918 World War I, U.S. Army, Co B 105 Field Signal Battalion Signal Corps to Discharge; Private first class 17 May 1918; Somme Offensive; American Expeditionary Forces 9 Aug 1918 to 11 Apr 1919; honorable discharge 22 Apr 1919. He lived on 11 April 1930 in Miami, Dade Co., FL.³
