BETHESDA, Md. -- Mrs. Grace Thomas Price, 83, died recently in Bethesda, Md.
Mrs. Price had been a resident of the Baptist Home of D.C. for several years. She had been a piano teacher in Kingsport and was the widow of the late Thomas J. Price, Sr.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Margarette Romeike, Houston, Texas, and Mrs. Sarah Goodall, Bethesda, Md.; three step-children, Miss Virginia Price, Jacksonville, Fla., Thomas J. Price, Jr. and Mrs. Ruth Compton, Kingsport; Three sisters, Miss Sara Thomas, Mrs. Kate Jackson, both of Johnson City, and Mrs. Mary Lytton, Cincinnati, Ohio; and 12 grandchildren.
Memorial services were held in Silver Springs, Md. Hines-Renaldi Mortuary was in charge.

MRS. MARTHA K. JACKSON
Mrs. Martha Kate Jackson, 90, 828 W. Maple St., died Sunday, Oct. 15, 1989, at Colonial Hill Health Center after a lengthy illness.
She was a Washington County native and a daughter of the late Charles Burgess and Mary Louise DeVault Thomas.
Mrs. Jackson was a member of Central Baptist Church.
She attended East Tennessee State University and was a Carson-Newman College graduate.
Mrs. Jackson was a member of the State of Franklin Daughters of the American Revolution and the Schubert Club, both of Jonesborough.
She was a retired teacher having taught in Georgia and Jonesborough.
Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Rance Jackson, in 1976, and by four sisters and one brother.
Survivors include one daughter, Julia A. Hale, Johnson City; two granddaughters, Allison Hale, Raleigh, N.C. and Mrs. Martha Strasser, Cary, N.C.; one grandson, Stephen hale, Johnson City; eight nieces; and one nephew.

Mrs. Martha Kate Jackson
Funeral services for Kate Jackson, 90, who died Sunday, will be held at 8 P.M. Tuesday in the East Chapel of Appalachian-Hartman Funeral Home with Rev. R. Willard Warfield officiating. Burial will follow at 10 A.M. Wednesday in the Monte Vista Burial Park. Those desiring to attend the Graveside services are asked to meet at the funeral home at 9:45 A.M. Wednesday. The body remains in the chapel where the family will meet friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 8 P.M. Memorials are to be made to the Central Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society. Thomas J. Price
Thomas J. Price, Sr., 74, of Staten Island, N. Y. and formerly of Kingsport and Rogersville, died Thursday in St. Vincent Hospital in Staten island.
He is survived by his widow, Grace Thomas Price, Staten Island; five children, Virginia Rutledge Price, Mrs. B. C. Ketron, Thomas J. Price Jr., all of Kingsport, Mrs. William P. Goodall, Staten Island, Mrs. William Romeike, Baltimore Md., seven grandchildren; and one brother, Andrew of Rogersville.
The body will be brought to the home of Mrs. Ketron, 3232 Magnolia St., Ridgeway Addition at 2 p.m. Saturday. Funeral services will be held at First Presbyterian Church, Rogersville at 3 p.m. Sunday.
The body will be removed to Colboch-Price Funeral Home, Rogersville and will lie in state at the church from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. preceding the funeral.
Officiating ministers will be the Rev. M. K. Compher, Kingsport, and the Rev. Thomas Rhea , Rogersville. Burial will be in the Old Presbyterian Cemetery, Rogersville.
Colboch-Price Funeral Home will be in charge.
