Earl David Starboard, Jr. of El Paso died Saturday (July 9, 1988). Arrangements are pending with Harding-Orr and McDaniel Pershing Drive.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; his sons, Earl David Starboard III and Steven Paul Starboard; and his daughters, Susan Hersey, Janice Cotton, Debra Wedel and Mary Cotton.

He was a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel and was a member of the El Paso-Juarez Transportation and Distribution Association.
