McAvoy, daughter of James McAvoy and Elizabeth Gould Young, about 1860.^1,2 James William Windle married Margaret Ellen Squires in 1894, The 1900 census erroneously (and very confusingly) lists 40 years of marriage for this couple, however the confusion is cleared up by the 1910 census which shows them married for 15 years. WV Marriages Index shows the marriage in 1894. DLB 2016.³ He died on 21 April 1911.

He was buried in April 1911 in Rock Cave Cemetery, Rock Cave, Upshur Co., WV.

Note: Named in the will of his grandfather Andrew Young Sr. (Augusta Co., VA 1855 Will Book #37 page 358.) Occupation: Blacksmith in 1860 in P.O.
