COOK, Mary Marie age 84 of Centerville, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2009 at Brighton Gardens Assisted Living in Dayton under the care of Crossroads Hospice. Mary was born April 13, 1924 in Lytle, OH to the late George and Edith May (Marquettte) Apple. In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her husband Theodore Cook in 2003, as well as two brothers and a sister. Mary leaves her Son Ronald G. (Claudia) Cook of Waynesville and her daughter, Sandra J. (Michael) Kramer of Miamisburg. As a homemaker, Mary was a devoted wife and mother. She had a great love for animals and cared for her cat Mimi as an adopted daughter. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Entombment will take place at Miami Valley Memory Garden mausoleum. Memorial contributions in memory of Mary may be made to Crossroads Hospice at 8087 Washington Village Dr., Dayton, OH 45458 or Alzheimer's Association at 3797 Summit Glenn Dr. G100, Dayton, OH 45449.
