Age 90, Sunday, January 5, 2003 at her home.
Survived by her children, Wynn (Gerald) Berro, James W. (Janet Hritz) and John G. (Sharon) Knudson; grandchildren, Dan, Brooke and Bradley Berro and John Aaron and Ashley Knudson. One sister, Bera L. Kraker. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Preceeded in death by her husband, Wendell S. Knudson and parents, Dennis and Mary Katherine (Sturdevant) Hawn.
Born in Morocco, IN, a Joliet area resident most of her life. Graduated from Illionis State University. Retired real estate broker and teacher. Reva taught at Richland School in Crest Hill. Past President of the Joliet Womens Club and DeMolay Mothers Club; Joliet Grade and High School Band Parents; member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Ottawa Street United Methodist Church and the Illinois Retired Teachers Association.
Funeral Servces will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home. Interment Aux Sable Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
She was buried in January 2003 in Aux Sable Cemetery, Grundy Co., IL.

Adele Sturdevant
Mrs. Adele Sturdevant, 88, of Bristol, Rhode Island, passed away June 28 at Jane Brown Unit of Rhode Island Hospital.
In 1923, she married Dr. Earl G. Sturdevant. He preceded her in death in 1968. She was also preceded in death by a son, Kenneth F. Sturdevant, who died in 1958.
Mrs. Sturdevant was the sister-in-law of Ralph Sturdevant, Rt. 2, Salem, Earl Sturdevant of Salem, and Miss Nora Sturdevant, Mrs. Geneva Mitney, and Mrs. Grover Hutchings of Greenfield, all who survive.
Funeral services were 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Dawalt Chapel, with Brother Lawrence Sweeney and Brother John Hargett officiating. Burial was at the Bunker Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Sturdevant was a charter member of the Bristol County Cancer Society and a member of the Rhode Island Heart Association. She was chairman of the Bristol Annual Heart Appeal in 1953 and 1954. She was active in the Bristol Girl Scouts for 26 years and secretary of the Bristol Fortnightly Club for 10 years. Mrs. Sturdevant was named the 1960 recipient of the Outstanding Committee Award of the Bristol YMCA. She served as the organist of the First Baptist Church in Bristol from 1946 to 1981.
The daughter of the late Farley and Adele Streeben Dunbar, she was born May 4, 1895 in Schenectady, New York.
She was buried on 2 July 1983 in Bunker Hill Cemetery, Franklin Twp., Washington Co., IN.
