Robert C. Drew

Robert C. Drew, manager of the Garden Home Apartments in Southwest Portland, died of an apparent heart attack Wednesday at Timberline Lodge, where he had been vacationing with his wife. He was 66.

Born in Martinton, Ill., Mr. Drew moved to the Portland area approximately three years ago from Illinois, where he operated his own trucking business. He was a member of the Teamsters union.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; a son, Robert of Chicago; a daughter, Marilyn Hogueisson of Beaverton; his mother, Laura Drew, and a sister, Lucille Hendrix, both of Horseshoe Bend, Ark.; a brother, Art of San Diego; and nine grandchildren.

No funeral services were held. Mr. Drew's body was donated to the Oregoon Health Sciences University, and the family suggests remembrances be contributions to the Anatomical Research Fund of the Oregon Health Sciences University.
