Mrs. Iva R. Trubee, 84, of 282 Xenia Towne Square, Xenia, died this morning at Greene Memorial Hospital. Her husband, Harold Trubee, died in 1954.
Mrs. Trubee was born August 11, 1902, in Greene County, a daughter of Harry and Emma Moody Harner.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Helen) Crabtree of Martinsville, Mrs. Billy (Ola Mae) Fields of Wilmington, Mrs. Henry (Pauline) Myers of Patriot; and 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, a sister and a brother.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Neeld funeral home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, with John Barnett officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home 6 to 9 p.m. Friday.
Burial will be in Byron Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions can be made to the Beaver Church Memorial Fund.

She was born May 20, 1929 in Xenia, OH, daughter of the late Harold & Iva (Harner) Trubee. On May 26, 1948, she married Billy Fields, who preceded her in death on August 19, 2001.
Ola had worked as a Salesperson for various stores in the area.
Surviving are her son - Terry Fields of New Vienna, OH; daughters - Gloria Ann Grooms of Wilmington, OH, & Anita Fields of Findlay, OH; 17 Grandchildren; a slew of great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; sister - Pauline (Hank) Myers of Gallipolis, OH, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Ola was preceded in death by her sons - James William Fields & Mark Alan Fields; daughter - Debbie Lynn Reeder - 4 great-granddaughters - Johnna Peacock, Brianna Peacock, Kaitlynn Ramirez and Jaya Turner; and sisters - Alice Trubee & Helen Foster.
Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM, Wednesday, December 14 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, with Pastor Rick Godlove officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in the Clinton County Memory Gardens, Wilmington, Ohio.

Deborah Lynn Reeder, 49, of 7590 State Route 28, Leesburg, died Thursday (Sept. 6, 2001) at her residence in a mobile home fire.
Deborah was born Sept 27, 1951, in Springfield, daughter of Ola Mae Fields of Cuba, Ohio, and of the late Billy Fields. She was a Wilmington High School graduate.
In addition to her mother, Deborah is survived by two sons, Jacob Meddock of Sabina and Tommy Turner of Wilmington; three daughters, Christine (Todd) Burkitt of Wilmington, Christy Kessler of Portsmouth, and Rebecca Turner and John Peacock of Leesburg; a brother, Terry Fields of Cuba, Ohio; two sisters, Gloria Huffman of Wilmington and Anita Fields of Findlay; two grandchildren, Austin Burkitt and John Peacock, Jr.; and several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In addition to her father, she is preceded by two brothers, James Fields and Mark Fields. Two grandchildren, Johna Matthews Peacock and Bronna Lyn Mae Peacock, also died in the fire.
The funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday at the Wilmington Church of God, 100 R. Gordon Drive in Wilmington, Pastor Elizabeth J. Looney officiating, with interment in the Gist Settlement Cemetery in Highland County.
Friends may call between noon and 2 p.m. Thursday at the church.
At the request of the family, Deborah will be cremated. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of L. EUGENE SMITH & SON FUNERAL HOME on State Route 73 in New Vienna. She was born December 3, 1961 in Xenia, the daughter of Bill and Ola Mae (Trubee) Fields. She was a member of the Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church in Wilmington. She enjoyed collecting Angel, and Native American Figurines. Gloria volunteered, then became an employee, at the local homeless shelter. As a tribute of her love, and in memory of her daughter Jessica who passed away, Gloria gathered plastic grocery bags, then crocheted them into a sleeping mattress for the local shelter. She loved her family dearly, especially her granddaughters, and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter Brandy (Mike) Blair of Wilmington; sons Joey Funk and James Funk, both of Wilmington; grandchildren, Chanda, Kaylie, Brianna, Myka, Josie, Leddie, Ray, and Aiden; five great grandchildren, sister, Anita Santos of Findlay, Ohio; brother Terry Fields of Wilmington; and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Ola Mae Fields; daughter Jessica Conner; and grandson Emmanuel Cota.

Anita Santos, 60, of Findlay passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.
Anita was born on January 13, 1963 in Wilmington, Ohio to the late Billy and Ola Mae (Trubee) Fields. She married Steve Santos and he survives in Findlay. Also surviving are her children: Josh Chambliss of Springfield, Ohio; Amy Chambliss of Freeport, Florida, Reina Hayslip of Findlay and Abby Hayslip of Findlay; grandchildren: Travis, Cierra, Cameron, Brooklyn, Shane, Sarah, Nathan, Ashton, Malikah, Tyler and Colton and a brother Terry Fields. She was preceded in death by siblings: Jimmy and Mark Fields, Debbie Reeder and Gloria Grooms.
Anita enjoyed listen to Rock music and dancing. Anita was a caring, loving and supportive individual who would help anyone in a time of need. But most of all, Anita loved her family and cherished the time she spent with them.
