Newspaper Notice:

Funeral services were held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Newport church for James Windle, 76, who died Thursday at his home in Newport. Rites were conducted by Rev. George Kline and burial was made in Newport Cemetery, by G. G. Schlechty.

Mr. Windle is survived by his wife, Ida, and 13 children, Mrs. Edna Little of Danville, Mrs. Edith Cox of Newport, Mrs. Cora Goodyear, Dayton, James Windle, Columbus, Mrs. Ruth Hardin, Dayton, and Alice Mae, Betty Jane, Mary, Paul, Charles, Frederick, Ellen Louise, Barbara Jean, Shirley Anne, and Karen Sue, at home.

He was buried on 7 July 1945 in Newport Cemetery, Newport, Madison Co., OH.

James William Windle lived in 1900 in Paint Twp., Madison Co., OH. He lived in Reinersville, Morgan Co., OH.
