Isaac W. Veogelgesang

Isaac W. Vogelgesang, 70, of 894 11th st. NE, vice president of the Acme Dairy Co., died at his residence early this morning after a lingering illness.

A lifelong resident of this vicinity, Mr. Vogelgesang was born on a large farm in Plain township where Avondale now is located. He was a farmer until 10 years ago when he retired and moved to the residence at which he died. Shortly after his retirement, he became associated with his sons in the Acme Dairy Co. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church.

Mr. Vogelgesang is survived by his widow, Mrs. Edith Vogelgesang; three sons, Henry, Howard and Isaac Vogedgesang (sic), of Massillon; two duaghters, Mrs. Homer Easterday, of Wayzata, Minn., and Miss Pauline Vogelgesang at home; two brothers, Orven Vogelgesang, of Canton, and Alfred Vogelgesag, of Wamblee, S.D.; and four grandchildren.

The body will be removed Sunday noon from the Griffiths funeral home to the residence. Funeral arrangements have not been completed and will be announced later.
