DEATH OF MRS. ED. WILSON

Mrs. Edward (sic) Wilson, residing on South Bluff Street, West Beatrice, died yesterday afternoon after a brief illness of pneumonia.

Deceased was 23 years of age and is survived by her husband and two little daughters. The family is in almost destitute circumstances and has been cared for by the Salvation Army and other charitably inclined citizens.

The funeral will be held some time this afternoon.

She was buried in November 1902 in Evergreen Home Cemetery, Beatrice, Gage Co., NE, Findagrave #188005808.
Effa Windle lived on 13 June 1900 in Barada Precinct, Richardson Co., NE.2

Note: Listed as "Aphy", female, in the 1880 census of Putnam County, Ohio. She is found as Effie Windle in the 1895 territorial census of Brown County, Kansas, and as Effa Wilson in the 1900 census of Richardson County, Nebraska.1
