Obituary -- Public Opinion, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; Friday, 2 JAN 1925, p.6 (Newspapers.com):
MRS. EVA B. LEMASTER died at 11 o'clock last night at her home, 19 Memorial Square, after a five days' illness with pneumonia. She was aged 67 years and was born and reared in town, the daughter of the late William and Mary E. McClintock. She resided for fifty-two years in the house in which she died. She was a member of the First United Brethren Church and taught in the Sunday school for many years, giving up the work of teaching just a few weeks ago. She was very active in other departments of the church and also in charitable work in town, her good deeds bringing cheer to many needy people. She is survived by her husband, A. H. Lemaster, and one son, Donald S. Lemaster, at home.
The funeral services, conducted by her pastor, Rev. Dr. S. B. Daugherty, will be held at the home at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, interment at Cedar Grove cemetery.
