Rex E. Bingham, 82, of Commerce City died Feb. 12 in Denver. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at Gospel Ministries, 7420 Newport St., with burial at Highland Cemetery.

Mr. Bingham was born in North Loup, Neb., on Feb. 2, 1915.

He married Lily L. Williams, 1962.

He worked for Purina for 40 years and was a member of Gospel Ministries.

Survivors include his wife; daughters Binnie Short, Anita Hesselgrave and Vivian Boshaw, all of California, Rebecca Harrison of Longmont; sons Ken Fender and Jim Fender, both of Colorado Springs; sister Lois Manos of California; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

He was buried in February 1997 in Olinger Highland Mortuary and Cemetery, Thornton, Adams Co., CO.

Elenore W. Reed, Taylors

Elenore Wendell Reed, 71, of 2 Crowndale Drive, Taylors, died Jan. 6, 1996, following a period of declining health.

Born in Wheeling, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late William E. and the wife of the late Charles Edward Reed.

She was an accountant with Basil Johnson Agency in Hillard (sic), Ohio, before she retired. She was a member of St. Martin’s Church in Washington, D.C.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Paul C. Schultz of Taylors; two sons, Charles Thomas Reed of Pensacola, Fla., and Donald Edward Reed of Orlando, Fla.; her twin sister, Elsie Hatch (sic) of Milan, Tenn.,; two additional sisters, Evelyn DeFazio of Cameron, W.Va., and Juanita Moore of Washington, Pa.; a brother, Huey Wendell of Defiance, Ohio; two grandchildren, Chad Cover and Melissa Cover, both of Ashland, Ohio; and a great-granddaughter, Jacqueline Stuhldreher of Ashland.

Memorials may be made to St. Francis, 414-A, Pettigru St., Greenville, S.C. 29601.

Private services will be held Tuesday at The Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive.
