MINNEAPOLIS -- Melvin H. Munsinger, 75, died Saturday in his home.

He was born Nov. 12, 1895 in St. Cloud, and married Mae Wolkenstofer of Cold Spring, Sept. 9, 1919.

He was a World War I veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 428, Waite Park.

Surviving are four sons, Floyd, Vernon, Earl and LeRoy, Minneapolis; and four sisters, and a brother, Mrs. Edward (Bertha) Culliton and Henry, Minneapolis; Mrs. Wesley (Esther) Danneker, Avon, Minn.; and Mrs. Joe (Sylvia) Sullivan, California. One sister, Mrs. Frank (Beatrice) Urbanski preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Stephen's Church with burial in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Gleason Mortuary, 27th and Nicollet, after 4 p.m. today.
