Mrs. Rhoda Wilt, 80, died at the home of her son, Clarence Wilt, at Fairview, on Tuesday morning at 3:00 a.m. She was the widow of the late Stephen Wilt, and the daughter of Sarah Ann Weitzell Broadwater and William E. D. Broadwater. She was born in Garrett County and spent all her life near Grantsville.
Mrs. Wilt is survived by the following children: Mrs. Robert (Savilla) Broadwater, Swanton, Md.; Mrs. Lawrence (Malinda) Smith, Grantsville; Charlotte and Florence Wilt, at home; George E. Wilt, Salisbury, Pa.; Harmon Wilt, Swanton; Howard Wilt, Bloomington; and Clarence Wilt.
She had 38 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. The following grandsons are in the service; Pfc. Alonzo Broadwater, England; Pfc. Addison Wilt, France; Pvt. Raymond Smith, Camp Blanding, Fla. and Pfc. Crowder Wilt, Germany.
Funeral services were held on Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Fairview Mennonite church. Interment in family cemetery at Bond, Md.

BLOOMINGTON, May 13 -- Henry Howard Wilt, 62, a trackman for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, died this afternoon at his home after being ill since March.
He was born near Swanton, the son of the late Steven and Rhoda (Broadwater) Wilt.
A resident of Bloomington for the past five years, he had been employed by the B. and O. for four years.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Emma (Pritts) Wilt; three sons, Henry C. Wilt, Oakland; Harry M. Wilt, Bloomington, and Cpl. Forrest Wilt, with the Army in Germany; two daughters, Mrs. Edward Harris, Swanton, and Mrs. Claude Wingers, Keyser.
He also leaves three brothers, George Wilt, Salisbury, Pa.; Harmon Wilt, Swanton, and Clarence Wilt, New Germany; two sisters, Mrs. Lawrence Smith, Friendsville, and Mrs. Robert Broadwater, Swanton, and six grandchildren.
The body is at the residence.

Mrs. Martha Wilt, aged 36, wife of Clarence Wilt of Fairview, Garrett County, died in the Keyser, W.Va., hospital on Monday, April 16, after giving birth to an infant daughter who died a few hours after the death of the mother.
Mrs. Wilt was the daughter of Stephen O. Durst. She was born in Swanton, Md., March 24, 1909.
Surviving besides her husband and father, are the following children: Pfc. Clarence A.
